Okay, now here's my first post on my new food page. It's about gluten free bread.

 I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten or wheat or barley. There's a company by the name of Ener-G Foods that makes lots of good for us products.

 I bought three loaves of this shelf stable bread while I was there at the  store who had it in a good supply. My local store ran out last Friday.

 Just remember to microwave the slices for 30 seconds to soften because right out of the wrapper, it is grainy and sort of hard. It's delicious after the softening process and I'm so happy to be able to eat sandwiches again!
